i was sleeping on the floor of an ngo for a month. at the top you can see a row of picture frames proving the ngo's impact in the community.

the room i was sleeping in with deepak, radhemohan, vishnu, and sometimes arun. vishnu has yet to wake up - this is how we sleep, all covered with the blanket to increase the contact time between our warm breath and sensitive faces. it is 8am and dark without the flash save for a dim bulb on the wall behind.
i happened on an electric rickshaw around the taj and questioned the guy. it is made somewhere locally and it sound like they go for about 80,000 Rs max (price given me was 1 lakh Rs=100,000). it uses 3 electric batteries and cannot switch between human power and electric. i have only seen two.
